[T3] loss of power & sputtering … need WOTG

I use a 0-100 lb water pressure gauge from Home Depot rigged with nipple
and fuel hose to set my fuel pressure at 30lbs at the test port between my
3-4 injectors.  Some have the test port between the 3-4 injectors.  If
there is any crud in your filter you should probably drain/filter/clean
your gas & tank.
