[T3] Squareback Rear Hatch

I had both of my rear gate hinges go bad this way in the space of a  
year; if I remember correctly, it was a "pin" in the hinge assembly  
that was worn and causing it to hang up. I replaced them both with  
hinge assemblies from a salvage car.
