[T3] Child seats in a Square

That's what NY says, Ive had a lot of kids in this car over the years but
not little ones, now until your 8 you need a booster seat.  Hmm... what do
you do in a car where there IS no rear seat like my RX7?

Here in OR you can't put them in the frontbut, the ODOT says to not
use a booster with lap belt only, so I have a copy printed off their
web page in my glove box.  Maybe ,) has that too
