Yes, absolutely. Lots of places never noticed the upper grease 
fittings, so those bushings suffered the most.

Moderate lowering probably has a negligible effect, but deep lowering 
increases the stresses on the beam bearings and bushings VERY 
significantly.

It's true that some bushings need to be reamed after installation, 
but the front beam bushings are not like that. New ones are ready to 
use as soon as they are installed. I have a few used ones, but if ISP 
has some new ones, they are probably the last ones in the world.
