Yea, I doubt they've ever started a car that was SO cold, you couldn't move
the gearshift out of gear!
Now the 25mm pump was a T1 universal replacement??

It will be interesting to see what you actually get. My bet is that
you'll get a 25 mm pump, NOT an OE late style 26 mm pump. They really
won't fit with a flat cam, there's just not enough room. BTDT.

They probably tried it and it worked just fine, but you have to keep
in mind that they, and 95% of their customers, never see temps below
40 F. ;-)
