[T3] Regulator going down again!

Ahh,  ya know, I have no idea what the full timing on this is, its set to
stock but Im not sure what the max is... Ill look into it.  One of these
heads I got from Russ and it had munched rings at one time, so the rough
combustion chamber might be part of the problem....
