[T3] Front beam is loose

The beams will accept anything, you simply swap over the spindles, something
Id do anyway as any brakes on an old beam are probably bad from sitting
anyway.

FYI:

Chris's '71 most likely has the early, smaller disk brake calipers. 
The '72 beam will only accept the late, larger calipers.

If he is willing to go to the trouble to take the spindles off then I can
have my students take the ones off this one.  But that's his call.  Or if he
can get or has the later ones.  As Jim knows he had to cannibalize the ones
that were on this one to save my calipers.
