So those heads have been replaced, with the early style heads.

There are 6 different distributors for those 3 years. The difference 
is only clear if you look at the dist letter suffix.

71: MT is AC, AT is AD

72: MT is AE, AT is AF (both of these have vacuum retard in addition 
to vacuum advance)

73: MT is AG, AT is AH

The timing marks on the '73 engine are different. TDC is the 2nd mark 
from left on '72-3 engines.

'68-71 looks like  |    | | |, where leftmost is TDC

'72-3 looks like   |   |   | |, where TDC is 2nd from left
