Not all harnesses have the wire for that ground, but that might be 
what you have there. You should be able to figure out if that's a 
ground wire by using an Ohmmeter. It's best to do your Ohmmeter tests 
with the brain disconnected. That avoids possible damage to the brain 
and lets you check for continuity to the brain contacts, too.
