Ok, so you are talking about the plastic plugs on the top.  Yes, I have two
of those and one valve out the bottom (this is what I thought you were
referring to as the plastic "plug").

You are right, that part number is for the breather stand.

As for my engine number, because the original engine threw a rod and tore
up the case, I believe I used one of those universal cases which had the
modifications for Type 3s (oil filler, etc.).  I know I have an "E" series
ECU, if that sheds any light on the engine number.
