[T3] Intake manifold seals

As a follow up, that most certainly helped.  The alignment was not far off,
but with the nylon cable ties on, I can now get my idle down to 850.  Prior
to installing the ties, the lowest idle speed I could get was around 1050
with the idle adjustment all the way closed.
