A 36mm socket and a good impact wrench will get those nuts off. An
alternative is a Torque Meister that has the gear to mount to the drums(hub) lug
nuts. The side benefit of that the tool is that it also works great for the
flywheel gland nut. ;-)
But, I'd double check the CV joints on the side you suspect first. It's
possible that the bolts might be working loose. :O
