[T3] Intake manifold seals

I know that my 4 intake manifold seals are bad and in need of replacement.
I have been "getting by" by turning them and manipulating them just so
until I can tell there is no leak, but once they get disturbed, it is
getting harder and harder to get a good seal.

Are there readily available and acceptable replacements?

Is this a job I can do with the engine in the car?
