[T3] Tight exhaust valves

I did not check the nuts on the heads and did not know that some check this
on a regular basis. I am confident that I torqued them according to spec
when I built the engine ~15 years ago, but have not checked them since nor
have I ever thought about this.

If the heads were slipping out, wouldn't there be excess valve clearance
(because the push rods would not be streching) and not tight clearance?
Also, wouldn't one expect to see differences across all valves, not just
the exhaust valves?
