[T3] Tight exhaust valves

This is a HUGE problem.  Get the cooling flaps reinstalled with the
thermostat, here in the Northeast your engine life is cut in half by having
the thermostat removed.

The flaps direct the air, with them removed its likely that the cooling
system is not running as efficiently, so while it may not be the entire
problem the entire cooling system MUST be correctly installed before going
any further.

I know in the T4 would, the flaps are more convoluted and the engine WILL
overheat with them removed.

My thermostat is not installed, but what I did was remove the flaps from
the fan housing.  Although not stock, this should not  pose an overheating
problem, right?
