It certainly looks like you're trying to do a neat and careful job of 
this, but I'm afraid my very first thought when I looked at these 
photos was, "Why is he putting the ECU in the very first place water 
will pool if there's any kind of leak?" On the floor under the back 
seat is also bad, but a little above the floor back there would have 
been fine.

Was there some reason that led you to put it under there, under the 
front seat?
