Just a couple of questions. Couldn't the MegaSquirt box been located  where 
you put the MSD box? And the MSD box been located somewhere else, like  
next to the battery or the engine compartment, or even above the  transaxle?  
Just asking, as I know the MSD box likes to have some cool  air flow around 
it. This would have kept all the wiring away from foot  traffic. Or were you 
trying to keep it close for you coil drivers? Is this  going to be a fuel 
only version? Or is it going to control both fuel and  spark? Just asking.
