There are very few things to cause problems like that on a 2011 car.

A plugged Catalytic converter will cause those exact symptoms.

Water in the fuel might (thawed out when you stopped moving).

If it happens again, remove the fuel cap to see if there is negative 
pressure in the tank. There might be a problem with venting,
