Well amazingly that part is still there and somewhat intact. 
I realize that most have switched over to an aftermarket pump and I did the same.
I am trying to locate original positions of things so that I might be able to use mounts that exist and not have to put more holes in things.
I hate having to put holes in these cars ;-)

Fuel pressure regulator I believe is  somewhere on top the motor passenger side correct?


It mounts in the pocket (opening) on the right side (LHD countries)  of the 
beam. There are 2 clamps, and a block off plate that get sandwiched  
together to create the mount.
 
Keep in mind, everyone that's gone MS, has gone to an aftermarket  pump.
