The templates were part of the Blaupunkt installation kits, which 
were specific for each model of car. The kits included the knobs, 
faceplate, a vinyl surround (not for Type 34s) and mounting hardware 
for the radio itself. 

The antennas themselves were separate, and not particularly model 
specific. You got to choose from about a half dozen models, only some 
of which were appropriate for the cutout called out in the template, 
so you needed to choose wisely.
