Russ did respond to an email about the dealer pack, some years ago, so it
should be in the archives somewhere.
I've got a bag of the plastic mirror-plugs in my stash. Not that I would
usually fit them to anything!

I believe the trim rings were part of a kit that came shipped along with the
car, but only installed by the dealer during dealer prep.
The kits included things like the outside mirrors, the license plate
brackets & hardware, the trim rings, and (I suspect) the hub caps.
It's possible that the seat belts were also in this kit, but I suspect
those were factory installed. Anybody know?
I bet Russ would know, but he can't share that wealth of info with us
anymore. :( I do remember him mentioning all those things as part of the
dealer "prep" though. That was 1 of his jobs at the dealership he worked at.
He even showed me the plastic plug collection, that were installed at the
factory, that plugged the holes for the mirrors. ;-) I'm pretty sure hub
caps were put in the trunk, as they could easily get damaged when loaded on
the ship. I think I've even read that somewhere.
