The only problem is that this is for an upright motor not a type 3. 
So it is not correct as far as the pulley and timing marks. I dont remember my 311 205 905F having any notch in the distributor, but my 66 with the 009 did. 
it explains the concept but to new people or people trying for the first time on their own, with a type 3, maybe not. This video just confused me and I have seen it before.
