Mounting a rotary switch to the rear seat kick panel would make it
very handy to get to, but ...... keeping the car looking stock (which,
as you know, a practice to which I subscribe) would rule that out. I
just can't think of a place to mount the switch where it would be:
1) easily accessible and
2) "out of sight" for keeping your car "LOOKING" stock.

Gary, as for Keith, looking "stock" is a tongue in cheek reference. He
"claims to be a "stock" person", but we all know that he's as much on the
"dark side" as Brian Fye is. He just doesn't want to admit it. ;-)

Keith, IF you look around the different web sites, I'm sure you could find
something that would work, and be stealthy for your application (maybe
even from McMaster Carr). In your case, you could even have a carpet "flap"

that moves out of the way, to access the switch. It's really just a case
finding something that's "right" for you.

P.S. Gary, are you still down south, or have you ventured north yet?
