[T3] Fuel Pump Power

OK spent today working on the fuel system up front on my 72 SB.
Now I am using the original wires that I found a red and a brown and from my past questions and experience is my thinking correct that the red is + and the brown is - with the brown stating that it's a ground that is grounded else ware?
