Keith, 90's with how much humidity? I would be fine for it to be 100*F and 50 percent for a day or two, after which it makes me hurt. Just be like an early monsoon season day.

I found the trick with camping in humidity is get out of the tent before the sun shines on it! ;)

As for sleeping on the ground, that is what a cot is for! ;p I don't have one, as never had an issue until I couldn't dig a hole. Compromised and found a wallow that helped. When sleeping on the ground, the hips are an issue. So, if one can dig a hole for them, then all set!

Bob, is your Father coming? He was an interesting camp site neighbor; don't mean any harm. Think it be better if there was a couple more people.
