It's harder than we'd like, because there's no tube for the clutch 
cable. You'd have to make and install one. Other than that, It's just 
a matter of swapping in the AT and the different length axle shafts, 
as well as the shift linkage, which you'll probably have to cut the 
pan to install.

I've never done this, so I'm probably missing a few details.
