[T3] Master Brake Cylinder

Update:   Thanks for advice persuading me to look further than just the Master Cylinder for brake problems.

Further investigation found A) an adjustment wheel in right rear lost its little tab that keeps it from vibrating out of adjustment...but it's adjusted now, and B) the rubber brake hose going to front right wheel was apparently damaged during installation of axle beam a couple of months ago.

Fluid didn't squirt out under pressure...but it just sort of moistened up to build to an eventual drip. Drips were never seen under the car...except now when doing all the pedal pushing and testing.

Now...to replace that section of hose...and the right rear cylinder with that missing tab problem.  Success, or failure, of that job will be duly reported.
