[T3] Vent windows seals

That upper hinge pivot rivet is a real problem. If you drill it out I don't
think you'll ever get it right again. VW used to have the rivets, but I
think there was also a special tool to press those rivets into place nicely.
I've never seen that tool, or heard of anyone else who did.

I've been down this road before and drilled that rivet out. I wish I hadn't.
If I had it to do over again, I'd try to get that seal in there by cutting
off the little strip at the top pivot that you don't really need and cutting
thru one side of the rubber around the bottom pivot. I'm not actually sure
that this proposed solution is possible, but I suggest that you consider it
first.

Yea that's what I figured.  I could cut a slit on the part of the seal
facing inside then after it's together put some Permatex black RTV to seal
that back.
