[T3] Vent windows seals

Yea that's what I figured.  I could cut a slit on the part of  the seal
facing inside then after it's together put some Permatex black RTV  to seal
that back. 
 
Sorry I'm late to the party, but I'd go that route, and super glue the
splice. Use Loctite 404 for gluing it back together.

Yea that's what I wound up doing. As I said the other day not a good glass
guy.  All the glass work kicked my butt.  I was going to replace the window
seals on my old Ford truck as well as the 71 stander Beetle I am going to
start fixing up for my middle son.  Both have similar set ups on the glass
as Clementine. Now I think the seals on those vehicles are not in as bad as
shape as I thought LOL.
