[T3] Vent windows seals

The upper pivot bracket is rivetted to the fixed part of the frame and the
end comes through a slot in the seal, so the only way to fit the new seal
without cutting it is to remove the rivet joining the bracket to the opening
vent wing frame. The pin at the bottom goes through a hole in the bottom
part of the seal and into the clamp. Nothing needs cutting down there. You
have to tighten the clamp to get the right amount of friction, but the
Workshop manual Book 2 shows an access slot on the inside of the door to
loosen and tighten the clamp screw.

The fact the rivets are still sold is proof it's the right (VW) way to do
it! However as already confessed, I have used a pop-rivet, Brian has used a
screw, and someone else has used a nut and bolt!

I like the idea, but won't it be hard to glue that splice without also
gluing it to the shaft? It all has to be done in place, so there's no way to
keep the parts separated.
