[T3] Noise from front end/wheel

That's  the kit for the late Type 3 caliper, from 71.7-on. It's shared 
with the  early Type 4s and early Porsche 914/4s.
 
And the lock plate won't work, due to the spread of the bolt pattern  
(early disc is 3.25 inches, late is 4 inches).
