Hi there
Here is a link on a Porsche forum to which I post regularly.  This is a formula that works anywhere for base settings for Webers...all others would be inferences from this information:

 (Incidentally, good carb advice could be harvested from Painter's Grinding, on Jason Street, off Santa Fe, in Denver.  Best to speak to Dayton himself, if he's still kicking).
