I highly recommend Vallero's in Auburn up here in the foothills. http://www.valleros.com/

However, be prepared to spend money. He really knows what he is doing, and that takes time, which equates to money. 


You can see some of his work by perusing this thread on an engine he built 30 years ago and has been tearing down for a rebuild after a very long daily driver mostly life. Fascinating reading.
