Haha, I had given up on this one. So, the real size is 15/16" (an
eyelash short of an inch) and not 7/8" for '65 Squarebacks, right? OK,
got it. And thanks to all of you. Glad to see harmony after reading
about that fella who wanted out of the group really bad. Is he gone for
good?

I blame VW for that because models 311-314 used to be Notchbacks up
through
'65, but then VW started calling them 315-318 and the Fastys were
designated
311-314 instead. Why they didn't call them 321-324 I don't know. I can't
imagine they knew they were going to use 32 for the Passats.
