Probably not.

I don't know, but I think we've had this discussion here before. I
believe BobNotch replied that they were different and he knew the
numbers.

If the Dells have vacuum taps on them, then you MAY be able to find a
vacuum can that will work with them. If you're trying to use manifold
vacuum with a mech + vac adv dist, you're barking up the wrong tree.
That just doesn't work, as it will give you mech adv and vac retard.
Think about what happens to the manifold vacuum as you open the
throttle vs. what the vac can gives you.

Manifold vac is max at idle, when the throttle is closed and
decreases as the throttle is opened. With most vac adv dists, this
will give max vac adv at idle and decreasing adv as you speed up:
exactly the opposite of what you want.

Manifold vac is exactly what you want for the vacuum modulator on the
AT, but it's the wrong signal for the vac adv. Dist vac must always
come from a port somewhere in the carb or throttle body. These
drillings are special, and generally require carefully matched vac
cans to work with them. I'm guessing that your Dells lack any such
ports; most aftermarket carbs don't have them.

Finally, it's probably not safe to assume that the carbs someone else
rebuilt for you will be right for your car.
