[T3] Cold start valve ???

With no power, it should be closed. They are not prone to sticking 
open, and even if one did, the amount of air that could get in would 
be insignificant, even with the fuel line disconnected.

In illustration 1: 8 is a cylinder injector. The CSV is 15
