[T3] Stick Shift Issues

That would be really helpful, Dennis.  I'm afraid that I don't have the
Bentley manuals :/ I've got two other ones, but they don't go deep enough
in several areas.
I'm just afraid to put a wrench to something just in case I mess it up.
