[T3] Hello again, update & upholstery

I've heard that a few minutes in a tumble drier is an alternative for those
of us who don't get sun! A hair drier is another possibility, but hard to
warm it all up with that - save that for getting wrinkles out of the
headliner.
(Only kidding about not getting sun - it's trying to shine through the
overcast sky at the moment, and I have every confidence it will be sunny
sometime today).

Sounds clearly reasonable. So reasonable that I suspect I may have tried it.
My problem may have simply been that I did this in the winter, in a cold
house, with no way to warm up the new covers.
Does warming really make that much difference?
