[T3] Passenger rear battery pan

I have a 69 fasty with some body rot where it happens to a lot of vws at the battery and works its way forward.  The rot goes slightly under my passenger bucket seat, but on the rails of seat or door.  
Does anyone have a rear passenger quarter or where can I get one?  The eBay guy in California is back ordered and waiting for some to come in.
