That’s hard to say. Did the shop turn the drums?  If so then they could possibly have turned them improperly and made them out of round.

More likely the drums were already out of round and you never noticed it before because the rear brakes weren’t adjusted properly.  Probably the shop adjusted them like they’re supposed to be and now you feel the out-of-round drum.  :-)
