The horn contact is the main difference between '71 and earlier. I 
believe the cancelling tab is the same. The wheel changed completely 
in mid-'72. It got 4 spokes and is much "deeper", so the steering 
shaft is shorter. I believe the spline, the horn contact, and the 
cancelling tab remained the same.
