There's no such thing as "factory set" on these. Each one has to be 
calibrated to the individual AT.

On '73s, it's still a single vacuum line to the VM on the AT, but the 
line splits up above and connects to 2 different places on the IAD. 
Do you still have the original '73 engine? If not, is it possible 
that this is not the original AT? Could it be an earlier one? That's 
likely to be the hard part to sort out.
