[T3] Fuel pressure and elevation

There are also FPRs that reference manifold pressure in such a way as to increase fuel pressure as manifold pressure goes up. I use one on my megasquirt system to make my injectors act small at light load (low manifold pressure) and larger when the throttle is opened and manifold pressure goes up.
