I dont think you can get the alignment that far off with bad bushings,
maybe incorrect ones, but then both sides would have issues.
getting that torsion cover over the bushing and centered was a real
pain with the new rubber ones

You can visually inspect the outer spring plate bushing by removing the
cap and bolts, I don't think you have to unload the suspension, although you
might have to (might make the job easier).
