I couldn't find anything at either of the places where I thought I
bought mine, but look here:

http://www.bloomertool.com/210-Tubular-Wrenches.html

This was just about the only place I could find that sold individual
ones and was also in the US. They seem to be much more common in the
UK, but most places still just seem to sell sets.

The 12/13 mm one runs under $10. Look around there in case they have
something else you need, as it may not make much difference in the
shipping. Or check with Sarah and see if she wants one, too. You
don't need the Tommy bar; just use a Phillips screwdriver for the
final tightening and first loosening.

You can also search for "tubular box wrench" on ebay and find some
others, but I don't see anything that cheap or that close.

Okay, this sounds good. No bucking?

I was thinking too rich, but I won't quibble with success. Keep
testing, as I don't think a slight tweak of the MPS or the dwell is
likely to be responsible for a huge difference.

GM cars used to have a little door on the side of the distributor.
You could slide that door open and stick in an Allen wrench and tweak
the dwell while everything was running. Yes, that would certainly be
nice!
