Oops, found it: The catalog I have is 30 years old, but they may 
still be around and have these.

available in 13x10, 13x12, 13x14, 13x15, & 13x17, plus lots of other 
sizes.

I'd go for the 13x10 if I had it to do over again. Mine is the 13x15 
and that's been fine, but 10 is a much more common size on our cars, 
and the 1/4" female spade connector will pass easily thru a 10 mm 
hex. The last time I called which was probably 20 years ago, the guy 
in charge of their tool division was Jim. Probably long gone now.
