If you go by the K Manual for 16 & 24 check voltage , Take a look at page 17
Bentley fuel system alone with the proper wiring schematic . The Voltage
supply relay or VSR #3 85 = ground 86 ign switch and so on . #87 feeds
both 16 &24 through T-2 also it powers 86 fuel pump relay 85 grounds through
the ECU # 19 . On both relays 85 & 86 are the relay coil # 87 is one side of
the relay contact c & d are the power side of the contact.

You can start with a voltmeter at the T-1 car running and see if moving
either lead loses voltage since that seems to be where you get it to happen
and if not then move to the PSR with the voltmeter and see if moving that
connector loses voltage or just move each lead in the connector to see if
one lead makes a change all with the car running. Keep going until you find
to one hot or ground that creates the issue even tap on the PSR . Hit a bump
could be anywhere.

Interesting tidbit from the K Manual. If you look at the fourth symptom in
the list “Engine misfires and this is not caused by ignition system” there
are a few possible causes, not least of which is intermittent connectivity
at wires 16 and 24.
