Hello all,

Its been suggested to me to place the small 4psi electric fuel pump in line before the existing manual pump. Also power it from the starter motor (on the crank cycle).

This would be a tidy way for power however in my way of thinking both pumps would work together and not necessary pre prime the float bowls before the start!

I am in favour of using a small "push button" switch to activate the electric pump to prime going to the non active manual pump. This would have the float bowls ready for starting and the manual pump take over on the crank of the starter motor.

Any comments would be appreciated.
