You really should look for a lower pressure pump. Solex cars (and  Webers) 
like 2.5 to 3 psi MAX. Anything over 3 psi can over ride the needle and  
seat assembly, and flood the carbs. Just something to be aware off. Also, 
trying  to regulate the pump down might be a challenge as most regulators don't 
go that  low.
