So we finally got an alignment..two actually. The first time, the shop only
set front toe and filled all 4 tires to 40psi. Not good. Car went back to
same shop after the tech got a tutorial on how to set front camber and tire
pressure from our relatively local ACVW shop. Our "new" tires have about 1k
miles on them and the rears aren't wearing in any noticeable way. The fronts
are, but that's because we drove around way too long on a bad alignment that
was made worse by the fact that we changed a tie rod end. Our fault. I'm
beginning to strongly suspect that the reason our rear tire just about
exploded is that we didn't inflate it enough on our cross-country trip over
the summer. 

In any case, here's what the alignment printout looks like now...I find it
very strange that the rears show a big difference between 7/1/16 and 1/3/16,
especially because we haven't touched any rear suspension components. How
accurate are these alignment machines anyway?
